These terms govern membership, profile creation, opportunity discovery, offers, contracts, verification and reporting services on Sponsea.

Account responsibilities

• Members must provide accurate and current information.
• Members are responsible for account security and reporting unauthorized use.
• Misleading profiles, false documents, unlawful content and unauthorized brand use are prohibited.

Sponsea's role

Sponsea is a technology platform that connects parties and supports process management. Commercial, financial and operational obligations agreed in separate sponsorship contracts remain the responsibility of those parties.

Privacy Policy

Sponsea processes account, contact, organization, transaction, verification and usage data to deliver services, protect the platform and improve the member experience.

Sharing and retention

Data may be shared only with technology, payment, verification and legal service providers required to operate the service, under applicable safeguards. It is retained for the processing purpose and legal retention periods.

Members may update communication preferences and send account or personal data requests to destek@sponsea.com.

Personal data may be processed to establish membership, verify identities and organizations, manage contracts and payments, provide support, protect security and meet legal obligations.

Collection and legal basis

Data is collected electronically through registration forms, document uploads, communications and platform usage records, based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required.

Cookie Policy

Essential technologies protect your session and remember cookie preferences for 90 days. Optional statistics stay disabled until you opt in to this version of the notice. Data controller: Saga İlaç Dış Tic. ve Dan. A.Ş.

Optional first-party cookies: sponsea_visit (random browser ID, 90 days), sponsea_session (30-minute inactivity expiry). They support page-category journeys, visible active duration, referral category and approximate network country/city. Pseudonymous records are not described as fully anonymous and are not linked to member accounts. IP addresses, exact location, query terms, full referrer URLs and form contents are not retained. Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and advertising tags are not installed by this feature.

Use Cookie preferences to accept, reject or change your choice without losing access to the service. Withdrawal stops new tracking and requests deletion of statistics cookies. Records are reported within a 90-day window and expired records are cleaned during measurement and administrator requests. City results are hidden for small groups.

Statistics are stored in Cloudflare D1 and available only to authorized administrators. International-transfer arrangements for providers such as Cloudflare/Supabase must be considered separately; cookie consent alone does not replace those arrangements. Distance Service Terms

Before purchasing a paid package or service, members are shown its scope, total price, taxes, payment method, start time and any renewal terms.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

If digital service delivery starts immediately with the member's approval, applicable legal exceptions to withdrawal rights may apply. Requests are evaluated under the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.

Disputes

Consumer members retain the rights and remedies available under the laws applicable to them.
